R1 LBS is a high calorie, weight gaining protein powder. This uses a unique 6:1 Carbohydrate to Protein ratio. Unlike many gainers this uses quality nutrient sources so you can provide your body the nutrients it needs to grow and recover from hard training. The carbohydrate blend comes from a blend of maltodextrin, rice bran and pea starch. This provides your body a nutrient dense carbohydrate source which is also quite light on your digestive system.
